About

The eye
behind the lens

I'm [Your Name], a Shimla-based photographer and DGCA-certified drone pilot. For me, a photograph is never just a record. It is an heirloom, made to be held, revisited and handed down.

My work began in these hills, chasing light through the deodars and over the ridgelines above Shimla. That patience shaped everything that followed: weddings photographed with quiet discretion, portraits that reveal rather than pose, and aerial imagery that shows Himachal as few people ever see it.

I keep the studio deliberately small. When you book, you work with me directly, from the first conversation to the final hand-finished gallery.

Philosophy

Three principles behind every commission

I.

Light, not lighting

Natural light is the first collaborator. Every session is planned around the hour, the season and the way the hills hold the sun.

II.

Presence over posing

Gentle direction and genuine moments. You'll be guided, never staged, so the images feel like you on your finest day.

III.

Finished by hand

Every delivered frame is individually edited and colour-graded. No presets, no shortcuts, only a cohesive and timeless collection.
